With the convenient Subaru 360 Emergency Roadside Assistance (S.U.R.) program, members are assured of fast and courteous emergency roadside assistance in Canada and the United States, ensuring a worry-free Subaru experience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The comprehensive Subaru S.U.R. 360 program is offered FREE of charge for the first three years from the purchase date of a new Subaru vehicle with a Subaru Protection Plan or with the purchase of a Subaru Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.
You, or anyone driving your vehicle with your Subaru S.U.R. 360 membership card, can receive roadside assistance in the event of any of the following emergencies by calling the toll-free number (Canada 1-800-263-8802) on your Subaru S.U.R. 360 membership card, 24/7.
In addition to the roadside assistance services available to you or anyone driving your Subaru vehicle with your Subaru S.U.R. 360 membership card, a host of other benefits are specifically offered to you, the vehicle owner. These benefits, which are another example of Subaru's commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable ownership experience, include the following:
If your vehicle runs out of fuel, up to 10 liters of fuel (where fuel is available) may be delivered to you. You will then be required to pay for this fuel at the current pump price. We cannot guarantee specific quantities, brands, or octane ratings.
If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, a service representative will attempt to unlock the vehicle. You may be required to sign a liability waiver before this service can be provided.
If your vehicle's battery is dead, a service representative will attempt to jump-start the vehicle using a battery charger or other available means.
If your vehicle gets stuck, a service representative will recover it as long as it can be safely accessed via normal roadways. This service is limited to one service vehicle and one operator.
If, after all attempts by the service manager, your vehicle cannot be safely operated, towing service will be provided to:
If one of your vehicle's tires suffers a flat tire, a service representative will install the spare tire, provided it is inflated and usable (if applicable).
A reward of $500 (Canadian currency) is offered to any Subaru S.U.R. 360 program member who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of:
any person who steals another member's car, boat, or snowmobile; or
any person guilty of a hit-and-run causing bodily harm.
If you are arrested for most traffic violations and are driving your vehicle in a U.S. state that accepts bail bonds, you, as the registered vehicle owner, are protected from immediate cash payment of up to $5,000 (Canadian currency) or temporary detention. You will be billed for the fine payable upon your return to Canada.
Exclusions apply to certain misdemeanors and traffic violations.
A maximum amount of CAD $360 will be paid to you, as the registered owner, if you are driving your vehicle and it becomes inoperable due to an accident or mechanical breakdown:
a) that occurs 360 km or more from your residence; and
b) provided the vehicle is immobilized for a period of 24 hours or more.
The payment covers car rental from a recognized local rental agency, meals and accommodations, or commercial transportation to your destination or residence.
These benefits apply anywhere in Canada or the continental United States and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
