In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) and the individuals concerned. We also keep a detailed record of all confidentiality incidents, which we communicate to the Commission upon request. Furthermore, we comply with the rules regarding the disclosure of personal information without consent, whether as part of a commercial transaction or for study, research, or statistical purposes.
