Available starting with the Forester Touring trim, the power tailgate is easily operated using the remote control or the foot sensor† cleverly integrated under the rear bumper.
They feature multiple stitching to accommodate all occupant sizes and are available in premium gray or black cloth, as well as black leather. In addition, the Onyx and Limited models offer a 10-way power driver's seat with two-way lumbar support. These seats were developed at Gunma University for maximum ergonomic design.

With the addition of a wide-angle single camera and advanced recognition and control software, it more effectively detects potential hazards on the road. This sophisticated system integrates a full range of features, including automatic emergency steering, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, emergency stop assist, lane keeping and centering, pre-collision braking, pre-collision acceleration management, as well as lane departure and lead vehicle start warnings. Available starting with the Forester Touring model, the Subaru Cross Traffic Alert (SRVD) system offers three key features to enhance driver safety.
Indicator lights integrated into the exterior mirrors signal the presence of vehicles in your blind spots. When changing lanes, dedicated assistance warns you if a vehicle is approaching quickly from behind. Finally, Rear Cross Traffic Alert detects vehicles or pedestrians approaching from the side when you're backing up, for example, when leaving a driveway or parking space.
